1 Assembly summoned
Officially summon an Assembly, comprised of one Representative from each of the Municipalities, as well as all the sitting Ministers, and 1 Representative elected among the residents of Kannin, with the mission to draft a new Constitution for the Nation.
2 Task of Assembly
The Assembly shall compose this new draft to ensure lasting consensus and representation of all the Constituent communities and Municipalities of Norlund.
3 Presentation of draft
Upon completion of this draft, the Assembly shall present it to the House of Commons for its ratification, requiring 75% approval as previously defined in the current Constitution.
